Wash well and prevent from dust and allergens. When you have a blocked tear duct, your tears can't drain normally, leaving you with a watery, irritated eye. The condition is caused by a partial or complete obstruction in the tear drainage system. Pl talk and get advise.

Hi, it looks like upper respiratory tract infection. You may need oral antibiotics. Also for the eye, depending on severity, you may need eye drop. Please consult online for proper diagnosis. Till then you can use eye drop teardrops 2-3 times a day for a week.

Could be infection.
Did sweat go into eye?
Is there any pimple or pus points on eyelid?
Take a clear photo one of eyelid after pulling it up as much as possible and one focussing on iris and pupil.
Also are there any symptoms of fever
blur vison,
photophobia and watering.
Detailed history needed for treatment.
