First you need to understand why does my eyelids swollen
if this is not due to some insect bite then it may due your unwanted body heat or combination of allergic substance consumed in food
a natural cure for this is
coconut water (tender coconut)
natural water
sleep (a lot of rest)
applying coconut oil (a little on top of your head)
applying ice over your foreheads (not more than 2-3 mins with interval)
drinking only lemon juice (no slat no sugar)

Usually appearing as a swollen, reddish bump on the edge of an eyelid, styes are caused by bacterial infection and inflammation of a meibomian gland. When these oil-producing glands get blocked, eyelid swelling is a typical symptom. In some cases, a stye can cause the whole eyelid to become swollen.
