You need to consult an ophthalmologist & a neurosurgeon for the same. It's advisable to undergo CT/MRI As also suggested by the doctor you have consulted to know more about the swelling. So first of all don't panic and consult ophthalmologist & neurosurgeon and then go for the investigation as suggested by them for diagnosis and further management. Hope you find it helpful.

Insect moving inside the eye (floaters) is a common proble. It may be due to aging (Vitreous condensation), bleeding inside the eye, trauma etc. And a plethora of causes. You need a complete eye examination preferrable by a retinal specialist to rule out any of the above mentioned.

this may be small pimple over the margin of eyelid which has caused swelling. Heat inside body or exposure to dust may have caused this. Please take a close look at the eyelid margin.
