You need to consult an ophthalmologist & a neurosurgeon for the same. It's advisable to undergo CT/MRI As also suggested by the doctor you have consulted to know more about the swelling. this may be small pimple over the margin of eyelid which has caused swelling. Heat inside body or exposure to dust may have caused this. Please take a close look at the eyelid margin.

calc suph 200
4pills to ba sucked thrice a day revert back.
