A red eye is one of the first and most common symptoms of conjunctivitis. First get your vision checked for any refractive error. If any get a suitable spectacles. For blephritis you should first choose a gud anti dandruff shampoo. Then you should clean your lid margin with diluted johnsan baby shampoo (1 part of johnsan baby shampoo and 3 part of clean. 2 times a day and apply one eye ointment with trade name of Q SAP, or neosporine H.or occupol d.only on lid margin after cleaning. And review with me after 15 days. Coz eye ointment needs to be tapered or stopped.

As there are various causes that could lead to eye pain.
