I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you most often, your eyes will tear up and wash out the culprit. If that doesn't happen, find a clean sink or another source of clean water and a towel. Fill up your hands (after you wash them!) and flush water in your eye for a few times. Take a towel, pat dry and see if the pain and object have gone away.

A very tiny clear bubble appeared on my left eye waterline. I was removing my eye make up with a makeup remover and felt burning sensation as some of it had got inside my eyes probably then after a while I washed my face and eyes and then saw this extremely small clear bubble kind of bump on my waterline. This has happened for the first time. Kindly, please suggest me how to get rid of it and also give any information on it as well so I know what it is and why it happened so I can be careful next time.

My age is 56 years. I felt intense pain in left eyeball, when I woke up in the morning. Earlier too this happened 2-3 times in six month's time. Then, it had subsided in 5-10 minutes, but today it lingered on for hours. My bp was 129/85 and heart beat was 105. My bp remains usually normal and I have no sugar problem. I pass much time on desktop with caution and care i.e low contrast and brightness. No time is given to small screen like mobile phone at all.

Hello. It has been 4 days when I wake up the right eye is too heavy to open, needs to use my finger to push the eyelid up. Then during the day everything is fine. No other symptoms. Normal eyesight. Thank you.

Health Query

My wife (age 25) is feeling pain in left eye while moving eye (when opening her eye). There is no pain if she closes her eye. Her left eye is puffy.(swelling) & feeling heaviness in forehead near eye. Her body temperature is high but in thermometer showing 97. She studied with mobile as she is preparing for exam. So this may be cause of eye problem. I have given d.cold total medicine at 11.30 am today (25 10 2021). But no relief note: she is not suffering from any other medical condition as per my knowledge.

Hi good morning doctors. I have used ortho k lens for 2 months in 2018 later discarded it. Since then I am seeing shadows with both eye and one eye at a time shadows seen. My retina is clear and fine. One says cornea is clear another one says my cornea has aberration and shadowing might be because of irregular cornea or eye muscle problem. How is get rid of shadowing.
