People with high cholesterol general have yellowish deposits underneath the skin around the eyelids called xanthelasma. While they are neither harmful nor painful, these minor growths may be disfiguring and can be removed.
Xanthelasmata can be removed with a surgerical excision, trichloroacetic acid peel, lasers or cryotherapy.

I think you are asking about stye , your complaints related with stye .
Styes are infection of Moll & zeis gland present in every body eye lids ,basically infected by staphylococci.styes are very painful swelling near the root of eye lashes, you need oral antibiotics&anti inflammatory tablet as well as antibiotic ointment to apply locally.Hot fomentation helps to some extent in styes.

New moles do develop on our body. You must keep a watch on. Any increase in size. Itching. Redness. Color change. Associated with it.
Do not worry about your mole other wise.
