I have oily skin so basically I have an oily face so due to acne and pimples I have open pores in my both cheeks and in my forehead so recently I have started using a face wash od Dr. derma brand which has 2 percentage of salicylic acid and niacinamide. known tht these two chemical help to minimize the open pores and prevent acnes .but 8 have got the opposite relax after using it for 6 days I have breakouts of many tiny bumps on my both cheeks and some little amount in forehead so what should I do? Should I continue to use it or not.

Yes laser is good for it.
Aloe vera gel. Zinc in aloe gel is said to help tighten pores. Egg-white mask. Egg-whites tighten the skin and help in shrinking pores.

Hi, I have a pimple kind of thing on my knee from 7/8 years now, every time it’s little bumpy I pop it and some watery substance and skin/ white heads kind of thing comes out, sometimes not 1 2/3 at a stretch if I keep popping comes out then bleeds and I leave it, and it heals on it own. U can use clindamycin gel on pimples but it will not help you for dark spots! for that you need azelaic acid 10 percent cream to be applied at night time only.

Hi. Stop using this cream immediately. It is a steroid which can lead to many side effects. Apply cetaphil moisturising cream twice daily. If still there is problem consult a dermatologist.
