Take your all meals in timing.. Morning Breakfast 7 am to 8 am..
Lunch 12 noon to 1 pm..
Dinner 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm..

Drink too much water..

Avoid fast food, junk food, oily food, spicy food etc food..

Avoid heavy food to digest..

Take more and more green leafy vegetables and fruits..

Walking / Exercise / Yogasana / Prannayam / Meditation etc..

Usually between 11 and 14 weeks blood test and scan will be done to rule out Down syndrome in the baby. It is a genetic test which is done routinely nowadays irrespective of the family history or not. Please contact your doctor and get it scheduled.
