I have eye flu. I got an eye checkup and doctor suggested me steam, hot fomentation on eye, tear plus drops and gatique drops, vitamin c chew tabs on 2nd july for 10 days. But till today I have got only 15% relief and my itching in eye is still worse especially in evening. What to do?

I have itching in one eye with floaters. My eye sight is -2.5 and -3.0 the problem is with the eye having power --2.5. 6-7 years ago while playing cricket the ball hit my eye but that time there is no problem. You maybe allergic to it, so stop. While working on computer take a break of 2 min every every 15-20 min. If the complaint persists get an eye check up done.

Take 5% solution of shubhra bhasm (add 5 gm to 100 ml water) and wash eyes every 2-4 hrs.
Simultaneously take trifla powder home and put 1 tsp in 100 ml water, soak overnight, filter, wash eyes twice a day.
