Gatiquin 0.3% Eye Ointment is an antibiotic that is used to treat infections of the eye, such as conjunctivitis. Remember, that it is an antibiotic and thus will treat eye infections that are caused by bacteria only and not the others.
Don’t stop taking the medicine prematurely as it might cause a relapse of the infection. If you have been using other drops for your eyes, it is advised to wait for some time before you use them.

Triphala eye drops are mainly to soothe the eye.
You have pseudoexfoliation glaucoma and using latanoprost.
It's better that you keep a gap of atleast 20-30 mins between these two drops if there is an overlap because triphala eye drops can reduce the efficiency of latanoprost in reducing your eye pressure.
