Ensure that she is not using glasses of higher power than needed, for the headache part.
Floaters are common in myopic eyes and may not be of much concern unless they are recent and/or accompanied by seeing flashes of light, in which case, a retinal check up is needed.

If floaters suddenly become so dense that they disrupt your vision, or if they are with other symptoms, you should consult an eye doctor to rule out severe causes eg - retinal detachment
