I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you most often, your eyes will tear up and wash out the culprit. If that doesn't happen, find a clean sink or another source of clean water and a towel. Fill up your hands (after you wash them!) and flush water in your eye for a few times. Take a towel, pat dry and see if the pain and object have gone away.

If your ear pain is severe, doesn’t go away within a few days of home treatment, or comes with a high fever or sore throat, or you get a new rash, visit your doctor right away for treatment and to rule out something more serious.

Eye allergies, whether seasonal or year-round, are often the cause of itchy eyes. These allergies can be triggered by pollen or pet dander. Irritants like dust and smoke, or products such as lotions, makeup or contact lens solutions can also cause symptoms similar to those of eye allergies.

Your ear pain is due to overuse of headphones and you should stop using headphones or reduce the use and volume of the earphone and every half an hour of using it give some break by removing headphones and listening to normal voice or just stay without any sound waves falling on your ears.

A xanthelasma is a soft, yellowish, fatty deposit that forms under your skin. It's not harmful, but in rare cases it may be an indicator of possible heart disease. That's why it's a good idea to have it checked by your doctor or a dermatologist.
