I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you a subconjunctival hemorrhage happens when a blood vessel leaks or breaks just under the conjunctiva. When this happens, blood gets trapped in the blood vessel or between the conjunctiva and white part or your eye. Eye bleeding makes the blood vessel very visible or causes a red patch on your eye.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Surface pain is usually caused by irritation from a foreign object, infection, or trauma. Often, this type of eye pain is easily treated with eye drops or rest. Eye pain that occurs deeper within the eye may feel aching, gritty, stabbing, or throbbing. This kind of eye pain may require more in-depth treatment.

Fibrosis of lunges, cardiac arrest, renal failure, neurological problems and diabetes are among the most common complications observed, doctors said. Mucormycosis, a fungal infection, too has added to the woes of people who have recovered from the disease.

Firstly I would suggest following the 20-20-20 rule
"take a break every 20 min - look at an object 20 feet away - for 20 sec"
if you wear spectacles, use the ones with blue light filter.
Finally, use eyedrops with carboxymethyl cellulose 0.5% with soc (preservative free ). One drop in both eyes 4-6 times a day.
I suggest you undergo dry eye evaluation if symptoms persist.
(you can opt for a private consultation for a prescription).
