Colour depends on amount of pigment present in Iris

Looks like she has a sub conjunctival hemmorage that is. A small vessel has ruptured and some blood has accumulated there which is showing of as a small red spot. Of sudden nature.
But you have not mentioned the age of patient .It is very important as causes of this rupture of vessel or accumulation of blood differ in different age groups. a. most important factor is the pocket of patinet...usually alcon or AMO lenses are very good but these may be expensive...if you can afford then go for these lenses else go with simple hydrophilic lenses

Take Sulphur 30C one dose now and then take Cosmos 30C 3 doses (morning, evening, night) for 5 days.
It will start getting better within 1-2 day...
