Hi,
getting red eyes from eyestrain or overstudy or excess usage of mobile phones is a common problem.
You can take homeopathic treatment for this problem, 1. Use euphrasia eye drops, this will provide extreme relief.

Regarding the systemic problems, it would be a good idea to consult a physician. Likewise, for the burning in your eyes, you could use a lubricant eye drop (2 hourly) for symptomatic relief. If there is any discharge from your eyes, you could use an antibiotic eye drop 4 times in a day. If there is no discharge, just use a lubricant (tears naturalle eye drops). Let me know if you require further assistance. Hope my suggestions helped you-take care.

So I can not assure you the perfect reason but it can be from one of those. For that you visit a near by doctor and get full eye checkup.

These are some times common for those who are reading continuously or sitting with computer long hours. Better use miosol eye drops 3 times a day as it gives soothing effect. You can use paracetamol tabs 650mg 2 to 3 tabs a day. If no relief please consult ophthalmologist.
