Prolonged working on laptop/TV/mobile can cause computer vision syndrome. Computer vision syndrome is a condition resulting from focusing the eyes on a computer or other display device for, uninterrupted periods of time. Some symptoms of cvs include
a. Headaches
b blurred vision
c. Neck pain
d redness in the eyes
e. Eye strain
f dry eyes
sometimes watery eyes

this may be due to dryness
you can 1. Blink a lot
2. Wash eyes with fresh water
3. Cold compresses
4. Use lubricating eye drop like flogel

Medicines do provide relief but whats more important is lifestyle modification for long term relief. No permanent cure but permanant life style changes will help,
follow these instructions:
take frequent breaks while you are working
every 20-25 mins take break to look away from screen
blink more frequently'
level of screen should be below the level of eyes
ac should not blow directly on your face.
