Hi lybrate-user,
this is typical of computer vision syndrome' I would suggest you to take a break of about 5 minutes after every 45 minutes or so. Also keep your screen brightness in accordance to the room lights. Not too bright. You might also have to be started on artificial tears to have some relief for now.

Dont use computer continuously for more than 5 minutes. There should be proper light in the area where you are using your mobile and most important dont use with low battery. The bright light of the screen gets more focused on our eyes and this causes dryness of the eyes and thus causing weakness of vision and eye and head pain.

Itching, burning, mild headaches and sometimes shoulder pain could be due to working for long hours on computer. Does your profession involve working for long hours on a computer? if so, you could be having computer vision syndrome. One of the causes of stds is unsafe sex. Stds have a variety of symptoms, it may not necessarily be related to the eye.
Warm regards.
