Take allegra 120 daily for 10 days. Avoid going out in sun. Stay indoors in dusty conditions and especially during harvesting. We have eye drops also for this but they should be used only after examination by eye surgeon.

1. Antibiotic cannot cure allergy. You will need to use some anti-allergic drug like Olapatadine (like Pataday once daily in morning or IF2 twice a day)
2. Frequent rubbing of eyes can cause recurrent stye in both eyes. If there is any other lid pathology also this can happen.

I would recommend you to get her complete eye examination as well as ent examination.
As there are various causes that could lead to eye pain.
Get her vision checked and ocular iop as well.
Migraine also has to be ruled out
ent examinat for any sinus related diseases has to be also ruled out.

Triphala eye drops are mainly to soothe the eye.
You have pseudoexfoliation glaucoma and using latanoprost.
It's better that you keep a gap of atleast 20-30 mins between these two drops if there is an overlap because triphala eye drops can reduce the efficiency of latanoprost in reducing your eye pressure.

Good morning doctors, for a long while, I do have pains (ache) all over my body but of recent, the pain is more on the right hand side of my body from the sole of the right foot up to the neck. I have used several remedies no no result. I am 49 years old, female and a teacher. I stand often. Please, doctors, what is the remedy/treatment? What could be the cause? Secondly, I do have pains in both eyes. I have been to opticians, done test, given medication among which are (druphagan and koolzy - naphazoline hydrochloride, zinc sulphate. opthalmic solution), and glasses, yet the problem persist or even increased. What is the remedy. Help, please.
