First you need to get your eyes tested for any glass power
wear protective glasses while you r travelling to avoid dust and dirt entering the eyes.
More importantly put on helmet with wisor (front glass covering) while driving two wheeler.

Hello lybrate-user, sorry about your problem. The thing with vkc is that it has a high tendency to recur. Let me put it in this way- in the same way that it is not possible to prevent environmental exposure to dust, allergens or pollutants, similarly, it is not possible to prevent this allergy from recurring. There are a few important tips that might help in solving your problem, though. Maintaining proper eye hygiene would ensure lesser exposure to these allergic substances, dust, etc. Similarl...more

Hello your new symptoms can't be directly linked to overdose. It would be wise to check thyroid profile always as t3, t4 and tsh. Your current tsh levels are nml and not reduced beyond normal limits to suggest overdose. Many patients continue to develop new symptoms of hypothyroidism despite being on medicine and being in control. The doubt of overdose can be easily cleared by reducing the dose for a couple of weeks and rechecking levels. If your symptoms reduce, voila! if not, it only suggests ...more

For avoiding allergy, exposure to allergens should be avoided which is not possible as we r not aware exactly which particle is causing the allergy. You can start with naphazoline eye drop three times a day along with olopatidine eye drop one drop two times a day for 2 weeks. Along with all this always clean your eyes with clean water and wear dark googles outside. If there is no relief in 2 weeks then milder steroid has to be added.

Hello. I think you have allergic conjunctivitis.
1. Eye allergies, called allergic conjunctivitis, are a common condition that occurs when the eyes react to something that irritates them (called an allergen).
2. The eyes produce a substance called histamine to fight off the allergen. As a result, the eyelids and conjunctiva (the thin, filmy membrane that covers the inside of your eyelids) become red, swollen and itchy, with tearing and burning.
