You might be getting withdrawal symptoms by suddenly stopping it. Try to slowly reduce the dose slowly and then stop it but if symptoms of anxiety and depression comes back then you will have to recommence it.

Pls go to sm good physiotherapy centre. After checking your reports and physical state, physiotherapist will make a protocol. Hopefully, ultrasonic therapy and hot and cold water therapy will help. They will prescribe sm exs also.
