First of all get examined by a general surgeon and proctoscopy to be done to find out what exactly it is, if it is internal pile 1 degree keep your stool soft by taking plenty of fluids orally and High fibre diet and avoid straining, for 2 n 3 degree piles surgery may be required along with keeping stool soft.

Apply sesame oil on external dry piles followed by warm fomentation (warm moist compresses or sitting in warm water). The easiest method is to sit in a tub with the buttocks submerged in warm water.

Do not strain while passing stools. If you're constipated use fibre rich food. Drink lots of water. Use some pain killer like ultracet sos and see a general surgeon. There are creams that you can apply over the area to soothe the inflammation but can't prescribe anything without physical examination. So it would be better if you see a surgeon.
