I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
There is no set duration for hemorrhoids. Small hemorrhoids may clear up without any treatment within a few days. Large, external hemorrhoids may take longer to heal and can cause significant pain and discomfort.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

External hemorrhoids will usually go away on their own. Taking steps to reduce the incidence of constipation and avoiding straining with bowel movements can help a person reduce the likelihood of developing any types of hemorrhoids.

Does the hemorrhoids go in on pushing. Or not. Surgery is the answer for both. If they go in. They're gr 3 & choice of surgery is. Miph. (stapled hemorrhoidectomy) &. If not. It's gr 4. It's conventional surgery. Medicines have no role. They only act in gr1 & gr2.

Apply sesame oil on external dry piles followed by warm fomentation (warm moist compresses or sitting in warm water). The easiest method is to sit in a tub with the buttocks submerged in warm water.

Do not strain while passing stools. If you're constipated use fibre rich food. Drink lots of water. Use some pain killer like ultracet sos and see a general surgeon. There are creams that you can apply over the area to soothe the inflammation but can't prescribe anything without physical examination. So it would be better if you see a surgeon.
