these lumps that you are describing can be due to a condition called chalazion, or it could be a healed stye, or even a cyst. Correct diagnosis without examination should be avoided. Normally they disappear with time, but if they don't and if they are multiple, like in your case, you should see an ophthalmologist and get it checked.
