Depends on which cancer you have. There are many alternative medicines given for cancer in India without any proven efficacy. Many contain steroids which would suppress most of the cancers for a short period of time without curing it. It may come back with a vengeance.
I would be able to opine better if you could share your reports and details. Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.

Dear Lybrate user,
You have not mentioned if the pain is of sudden onset or chronic pain.
Since you are very young proper care of the back including ergonomic advice ,regular exercises, vitamin supplements like B12 and D3 will help a lot (if you don't have any neurological problem due to disc),

Radiation therapy is one of the most important tools to combat cancer. However, conventional radiation therapy is long course (usually 6 to 7 weeks) treatment and may have severe acute side effects including skin and mucosal reactions, diarrhea, feeding difficulties and others. I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Some people with cancer will have only one treatment. But most people have a combination of treatments, such as surgery with chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy. You may also have immunotherapy, targeted therapy, or hormone therapy. Clinical trials might also be an option for you.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
