Normal weight your weight and age is 57 kgs. I suggest you to eat healthy. Avoid fried food, avoid processed food. Add eggs to your diet. Add more of fruits and green vegetables to your diet. Have more of lentils and legumes. Replace white rice to brown rice. Have I to 10glasses of water in a day.

Since you have restricted diet, thatâs why you have cravings. All foods are good and bad also. It is important what you eat n at what time you eat. Generally we do not take breakfast as we are in a hurry in the morning. This is wrong because we have our dinner 8-10 pm n bfast 8-10 am. So roughly 10-12 hours of fasting.
