Why do you need protein supplements when your diet can provide you enough of it. You are aiming at good health, stamina, energy you should have a wholesome diet with enough proteins (eggs, fish, chicken, milk & its products, nuts -seeds etc) and good quality fats (rich in MUFA-PUFA) and moderate carbohydrate intake with focus on high fibre. Hi, Since you are a diabetic go for conservative therapy rather than supplementation. Weight is a sum total of Bone, Water, Muscle and fat. You need to gain muscle to get healthy .Have a well balanced diet. Eat 6-8 meals a day. 1.vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days

1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner
2.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach
