U can it tested from any laboratory, protein without anabolic steroids is safe, in short pure protein is safe but majority of companies add steroids for fast results which is not safe, if u r not a hardcore body builder avoid artificial protein, instead take eggs whites etc

Daily protein requirement based on your height should be 70-80 gms per day. Adequate protein intake with workouts will help you build your muscle mass. Drink enough liquids- total liquid intake per day should be minimum around 1.5 - 2 litres daily.
It is a good idea to get kidney function done.

I think there is no need to purchase you can get extra protein from food items like egg, meat, fish, chicken, soyabeen, pulses, beans, milk etc. If you need take protenex powder in different flavours.

Yes, you can take whey protein. Buy any brand. Just take care whey protein should be at least 80% per serving. For example if one serving is of 30 grams, then at least 24 grams come from whey protein.
