If you are into body building, then it is ok to go in for protein shake. As you cannot take the desired levels of protein only through diet when doing weight training. But make sure you take desired levels of protein in entire day and also of a good brand from a genuine place as there is lot of duplicacy in this thing. Purchase directly from a genuine source than from your trainer as they have their margins in between.
If you take protein in desired levels, it will not have any side effects.

Hi,
Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you.
Instead of going for supplements, go for foods that have high protein content.
If you are a non-vegetarian then eat more eggs, chicken and fish. These are excellent sources of protein.

We are here to guide you. For a detailed and customized diet plan, feel free to leave a message.

Gain weight healthily by eating 5-6 meals a day, even if they are slightly smaller than usual. Make sure each meal includes healthy, calorie-dense foods like nuts and full-fat dairy, as they will help you gain more weight without feeling too full. If you don’t feel like you can eat more, drink liquid calories like 100% juices or smoothies because, since they tend to be less filling than food, they allow you to consume more calories overall.

Eat healthy foods that are calorie-dense. When...more
