Dear lybrate-user ji
greetings!
your ct brain shows that as far as your brain and other central nervous system is concerned it is perfectly normal. The only thing of concern are the maxillary sinuses (cheek bone sinuses) that have swelled up due to some infection so it is holding back the mucous secretion. Actually it has to be drained properly in the nose.
So, first things first:
1. You are fine except some sinusitis of cheek side.
2. Take steam inhalation

Ear pain is often caused by ear infections, including middle ear infections (otitis media) and swimmer's ear (otitis externa). Children are more likely to have ear infections than adults, although they can occur in people of all ages. In adults, conditions like tmj and arthritis of the jaw can also cause ear pain.

Pain may be worse when the child is lying down because the pressure in the ear may worsen. Fever: ear infections can cause temperatures from 100° f (38 c) up to 104° f. Some 50% of children will have a fever with their ear infection.

One uncommon cause of headaches is eye strain. This can happen when you focus on a task, like using a computer, for too long. It can also occur when your eyes try to focus in light that's too bright or dim. Essentially, eye strain is when your eyes get tired due to overuse.
