Respected Sir
Note your query
A 14 mm calculus is unlikely to pass out spontaneously.
If you have pain associated, you might undergo ESWL which is a minimally invasive procedure.
Please make sure you drink plenty of oral fluids on a daily basis and restrict salt and high animal protein intake in the diet.
Hope this helps
Take Care and get well soon.
Thanks.

You have kidney stone which can be removed by laser treatment. Most kidney stones can be treated without surgery. New surgical techniques have reduced hospital stay time to as little as 48 hours. Treatments include: extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy (eswl) – ultrasound waves are used to break the kidney stone into smaller pieces, which can pass out with the urine..

You need to be investigated like urine rm and urine cs, and serum creatinine, serum calcium, serum uric acid, x ray ivp etc. For any stones are forming, size of stones more than 8 mm may not pass spontaneously, they need to be removed surgically either laparoscopicaly or endourologicaly by pcnl or eswl. Consult urologist, take plenty of water orally.

You have renal calculi and it needs surgical cure like lithotripsy or usg treatment extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (eswl) uses shock waves to break a kidney stone into small pieces that can more easily travel through the urinary tract and pass from the body.
