Hello dear Lybrate user,
Warm welcome to Lybrate.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly. There are no scopes of any medicines in any pathy for natural flushing for this stone size
Get ESWL after reports necessary for the same
It is procedure where there is no anesthesia, urine pipe or anything and stone is broken
Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery.

Kidney stones are a common health problem in our country. If left untreated, they can lead to pain, infection and in some cases even kidney failure.

ESWL (Extracorporeal Shops Wave Lithotripsy) is the only non invasive method of kidney stone treatment

Ultrasound guided ESWL has the added advantage of localizing the radiolucent calculi and provides a real time imaging of stone fragmentation.

Hello and welcome to lybrate.
As the stone size is 1 cm, it's big enough to get it out of your kidney. It can be easily treated with a procedure called eswl. As an urologist, I must tell you, there's no permanent cure of stone, but observe preventive steps.
Drink atleast 12-15 glasses fluids daily. Avoid milk and dairy products in excess. Red meats also, should be taken once or twice a week only.

Stone size is big. It won't dissolve. Camphor causes slow poisoning like lead/arsenic. Should not take that. You should undergo ESWL or PCNL. Since there are multiple stones PCNL will be better. PCNL is a key hole endoscopic surgery. You can consult me or any urologist regarding this. Thanks.

In your case pcnl (per cutaneous nephrolithotomy) will be the best option. In this we make a hope in the back and go to the kidney and break Stone and remove all fragments. Although there are various other option like eswl, rirs which I think will not be suitable for you. Proper work up is required before any procedure. Cost of treatment depends on City and type of the hospital.
