if needed you can go for Ultrasound guided ESWL (LITHOTRIPTSY)
Repeat ultrasound after 6 weeks.

Dear if size of stone is > 6-7 mm.. its better to go for ESWL. There are more chances of stucking of stone in ureter through medicine...so visit a good surgoen clinically.

For 10 mm stone you will need some intervention such as ESWL. SMALLER one may pass with medicine. Plenty of liquids, less salt diet, limited dairy products.
