you shall need to get a hormonal profile as well and then follow up for treatment. endometrial hyperplasia at your age group is not a good sign.

Hi. Revital women is multivitamins. So she can continue taking them. It is not related with pcos. If her periods are regular then no need to worry even if she has pcos. But to treat that, she has to make few lifestyle changes like doing regular exercises and diet control. Small cysts present in scan do not cause any problems unlesss her periods are irregular. If her periods are irregular we need to start some hormonal treatment along with life style changes.
