In case you have hyperprolactinemia, then the most common cause is a Pituitary tumor. I am not sure if that will be anyway addressed by Homeopathic medications. Although the symptoms are that of excessive milk secretion, for now, the tumor in due course cause a lot of problems (difficulty in vision, headache, Loss of smell, etc). Since it's a long duration you should first go for chest x-ray and sputum for AFB. Once confirm ant chronic illness then only treatment can be initiated. And stop him from taking any medication. If sputum AFB is negative then I would advice him for spirometry.
Go for above test. Thanks.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user. Your triglyceride level is very high. It means you have been taking food which is very rich in saturated fat. High triglyceride levels may lead to atherosclerosis of arteries which in turn may lead to blockage of arteries. I would advise you to follow a very strict diet and avoid eating oily and greasy food. Also you will be required to take medicine for reducing the triglyceride level. If you want a prescription for that you can message me or consult your physician.
