It might be due to gastric trouble. Kindly do breathing exercises which might help you to get reduced with pain in the back. You can drink hot water to feel better along with regular aerobic activities and breathing exercises.

1. You should avoid heavy, oily meals in the night. 2. Drink lots of water, but avoid drinking water between the meals. 3. Take tab rantac 300 mg bedtime, tab rifagut 550 mg twice a day, syrup sucralfate 2 tsf thrice a day. 4. Consult a gastroenterologist for endoscopy if required.
