Hii, welcome to lybrate & thanks for asking your query here from the medical history you provided it seems that you have condition called recurrent aphthous ulcers
however its cause is not entirely clear but it is not a serious condition and will not lead to any serious health issue taking vit. B complex is good but you need to visit a dentist to get it checked it depends upon lots of factors and needs to evaluate before making any treatment plan.
