Your seizure seems not fully controlled and may need a dose escalation. Your tiredness might be due to low sodium due to oxetol. The skin problem is probably tinea/ringworm. Please consult a local neurologist to optimise medication and get some blood tests to exclude any systemic cause of tiredness.

It is unlikely. The common triggers for seizures are dehydration, infection, certain tablets, alcohol, lack of sleep, stress. A lot of times the cause is not clear. Some patients can have non epileptic seizure (looks like seizure but not a true epileptic seizure.

Brivaracetam can surely cause mood swing though less than levetiracetam. However, occasionally levetiracetam can cause less behavioral disturbances when compared to brivaracetam .there are many antiseizure drugs that does not worsen mood or anxiety like lamotrigine or carbamazepine. These two drugs rather stabilize mood. Alternatively, levetiracetam can be restarted after discussing with a neurologist as levetiracetam dose can be increased more that what your son was taking.

I am sorry to hear that you are still suffering. The cervical spinal problem can be discussed with neurosurgeon. There is no specific curative therapy for knee degenrative changes escept hot fomentation, analgesia and avoidance of excessive knee bending and maintaining a healthy body weight. However, there are some antispasmodics that can reduce muscle spasm.

These could be symptoms of a peripheral neuropathy or neuropathic pain. I suggest you visit a physician for an examination to decide an approprate treatment. Meanwhile you may take vitamin b12 supplements.
