At your age its less likely prostate will be the problem. Rule out other causes if you have any lower urinary tract symptoms. And now a days prazopress is hardly prescribed for prostate enlargement as other good alternatives are available. Visit your urologist. And you can take ivermectin for whatever reason prescribed as per your doctors advise.

This drug may not work in many patients, you need to be in continuous consultation with your urologist. You can try for one month and see, watch for side effects. If this does not work then you might need to empty your bladder using intermittent self catheterisation every 3-4 hourly.
