Hello dear Lybrate user, hi
Warm welcome to Lybrate.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly.* By this time H. Pylori must have been cured with basic H. Pylori medications.* Small hiatus hernia will not give much pain.* So utimately it is the cause of concern to evaluate the cause of pain, which requires detailed history, and ultrasound or CT abdomen if not done till now. Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance at my private URL
