Hi Lybrate user, kindly follow some basic life style changes: Aviod taking tea, coffee and spicy food. Take your meals timely and at definitive intervals. Avoid cabbage, capsicum, citrus fruits (for a while). Don't drink water with food, take after 40 min. As much as you want thereafter. Don't lie down immediately after food. No h.pylori is not directly related to depression but if you feel low and anxious than your body's defense against bacteria is also low with frequent gastritis which can have role in h.pylori infection. Similarly due to infection and pain you can get your self in worrying thoughts and feel depressed.
