Hi!
Unfortunately Gilbert's syndrome is precipitated by stress and fasting( both reasons you are suffering with)
Total bilirubin 6 is not at all good as it is approaching the danger zone.
But once you are free of stress it will comedown to normal levels very quick( thank god)
Join yoga classes believe me it is the ultimate solution without any side effects .
Also make sure you don't skip meals, if you are busy at least carry some biscuits with you but don't skip food.

You need to undergo a number of investigations. Symptoms point to peptic ulcer, liver cirrhosis, gall stones, pancreatitis and ulcerative colitis. Your doctor will eliminate all these diseases one by one. But don't wait now. Black stools suggest that there is bleeding in your gut. This must be attended urgently. Please go to a multi-speciality hospital. And be prepared to spend money. All investigations are costly. Alternately you go to a government hospital.

Thank You for writing in regards to your concern. It's less commonly known to have low back pain post endoscopy. Kindly get an assessment done by a Physiotherapist to assess and inform you if the low back pain is of musculoskeletal origin or not or get an opinion from either Gastro-enterology / Nephrology consultant. Hope that's of help to in seeking right channels of treatment to be able to resolve your symptoms and lead a healthier life.

Surely, it is curative by conservative management i. E. Medications, but since there is always a lifestyle component involved which needs to be managed. You need close consultation with your physician and with simple guidance and advice you should be fine.
