If you are having regular periods then you can discontinue in 3 months. Start a regular regime of specific exercises for pcod and dietary control. All should be fine.

Next step in your work up would be pet ct along with tumor markers (cea, ca 19-9, ca 125etc.). Based on these reports further investigations or treatment will be planned.
