I am studying in jammu and live in hostel• I feel weakness in body last 10 days•i got cold on thursday • on saturday evening I got fever 99•8 __i have taken montair lc and calpol from friday•••then I checked myself in university dispensary where they have suggested me for typhoid test•••••• on sunday I tested and report is as follows •••• igm positive•••igg••negativetyphio 1/160typhi h 1/80_typhi a 1/80 _typhib nonreactive.

You r a having typhoid.
You need to consult a md physician. Most important light diet like khichdi dalia semiliquid. Messed chapati with least tadka daal. Rice daal. Etc. Plenty of liquid luckwarm.
Treatment
gudcef cv 200 two times a day after food for five to seven days.
Meftal forte three times a day after food for five days.
Pan d one in empty stomach for five to seven days.

My son is 3 and a half years old diagnosed with spinal tb. He had recurring fever and localized lower back pain. There was pain in his legs behind the knees and stiffness. He had difficulty walking. His gait was antalgic. His mri showed l5 s1 affected with epidural abscess. Mis bilateral decompression was done. They started him on att 3fdc (pyrazinamide 450 mg, rifampicin 225 mg, isoniazid 150 mg based on his weight 15.6 kg) and wysolone 25 mg (steroid prescribed for 1 month and gradually tapered and stopped at the end of 2 and a half months). After 3 months there was a recurrence in tb which spread to l4 and l3. To make the spine stable we have done instrumentation. Is this recurrence due to wysolone?

I am treated for typhoid 1 month back but still my chest bones will hurt and I have a pain just below ribs small pinning like pain in my lower ribs 11th and 12th ribs I don't have any symptoms like cough fever anything just muscle aches my typhoid test was just 1: 80 sometimes I feel may be misdiagnosed typhoid from malaria because I had a travel history once we spent a day in local village.

I am treated for typhoid about 20 days back it was chronic since last 3 to 4 months, my energy level is good and even small exercise can hurting my muscle and pain in that area .and my palm and foots were sweating a lot and hair loss is there is it normal can you prescribe any medication or diagnostic test help me please.

it's a normal phenomenon for one month.
tab supradyne one at night for three weeks for generalized weakness.
light diet plenty of liquid luckwarm.

I will suggest first of all you get diagnosed properly for typhhoid. Many physicians diagnose typhoid based on widal test, which in not very sensitive and specific. Get a blood culture done, if you have not taken any antibiotics till now.
