I had tuberculosis two years ago and I got my treatment from government hospitals, in which I had to take medicines for six months, at that time I was completely cured, but now I am getting phlegm since few weeks, I again went to the hospital and got the blood test, x-ray mucus test done, all reports are fine but still mucus comes, so what is the permanent treatment?

I got married in may 2021, ttc since october, took letrozole 3 cycles from march-may, ovulation induction injection was given and I ovulated but no success. In 1st & 2ndtvs no fluid was shown, in 3rd tvs fluid was shown in pod. I was asked to get mri done, in mri- rt hydrosalpinx 17 mm, salpingitis,oophoritis was suggestive. I took doxycycline & metrogyl with placentrex injection for 14 days.in my last tvs, free fluid in pod is shown, fluid left side was shown. Doc said fluid length is 3 mm. Some doc asked me to start att, my mantoux, tb gold and endometrial biopsy tb pcr all are negative. Kindly guide about next procedure as nothing is clear whether I have hydrosalpinx or not.

If there is all the findings on mri then you should go forward for att for 9 to 12 months.
Your report of genexpert afb will come negative still you have to start akt as your mri suggests of tb as seen from all oophoritis salpingitis, hydrosalpinx etc.

For duodenal ulcer you must follow proper diet advice, timely food and avoiding causative factors like spicy food, harmful medications, fast food etc. Long term medications and periodical consultation with gastro enterologist is necessary. For typhoid fever there should be history of continuous fever recorded on thermometer, widal blood test test done in reputed laboaratory should confirm. 1: 80 does not confirm typhoid. My mother had typhoid on april 15,2023 and she underwent treatment and eventually typhoid became nill. For last 20 days there is an onset of fever again. In order to suppress that we take paracetamol two times a day. Flu profile, tuberculosis test and fever profile are negative but esr is 63. I have been diagnosed with leprosy in 2014 and got treatment for one year. My left hand was infectious to leprae bacteria and I was feeling numbness. My sister is 10 years old and she is a tb infection patient since february her medication had started and before that she is taking medicines for typhoid and jaundice since 1 year she has got the wrong treatment of typhoid and jaundice because of that her body gets weak and that effect on her chest after the check up we got to that her left lung is filled up with water and has pneumonia in last december on 29. She gets hospitalized for a week to keep the water out from the lungs. And in january in the hiv test reports she has tb infection in the body. She has a low level of haemoglobin in her body is this the reason that my sister is missing her periods for seven months or there is any other issue. Her periods started at the age of 9.
