Hello I am a 21 year old male suffering from cough it has persisted for now 3 weeks and I was on medication. When it commenced I went to a drug store n they gave me a syrup ascoril and that didn't help me and I went back they gave me some tablets xerin and the prescription was 1x1 but no change please I need your help.

I got married in may 2021, ttc since october, took letrozole 3 cycles from march-may, ovulation induction injection was given and I ovulated but no success. In 1st & 2ndtvs no fluid was shown, in 3rd tvs fluid was shown in pod. I was asked to get mri done, in mri- rt hydrosalpinx 17 mm, salpingitis,oophoritis was suggestive. I took doxycycline & metrogyl with placentrex injection for 14 days.in my last tvs, free fluid in pod is shown, fluid left side was shown. Doc said fluid length is 3 mm. Some doc asked me to start att, my mantoux, tb gold and endometrial biopsy tb pcr all are negative. Kindly guide about next procedure as nothing is clear whether I have hydrosalpinx or not.

If there is all the findings on mri then you should go forward for att for 9 to 12 months.
Your report of genexpert afb will come negative still you have to start akt as your mri suggests of tb as seen from all oophoritis salpingitis, hydrosalpinx etc.

My son is 3.5 years old and he had runny nose and coughing hardly while he sleep. I have already prescribed (previously) dose of monticope syrup and dilo ls syrup. Can I give him as per that dosage? How can I figure out that same dose will work or not? I have also respicure d syrup.
