betadine gargle add 5 ml solution in hot to warm water gargle it before meal two times a day nn than spite it out.
zerodol sp two times a day after food for five days.
montek lc one at night for five days or more.
plenty of liquid, water in luckwarm. no fried item. it's festive ahead

6 months and if no symptoms before starting treatment. Latent tb is not so actively treated if no symptoms if lung lesions or abdomen lessions with positive tb gold then should continue taking for 6 months you can. Take tb drugs post breakfast also.

if it’s a dry cough, then you can try some lozenges, hot drinks.
You can use cloves, paste of ginger and honey.

if wheezing is there oral corticosteroids or hydrocort with admission may be needed sputum examination of culture and sensitivity and tb can be done
only one pump / mdi can be used like vilanyetol fluiticase twice a day ultra long acting bronchodilator.
