Repeat the lipid profile after 3 weeks. If ldl or triglyceride is still high, starting lipid lowering drugs should be considered.
Repeat thyroid profile with freet3 and freet4 after 1 month, if tsh is still high, starting levothyroxine should be considered.

The treatment of enlarged adenoids depend on symptoms. If there are no symptoms, no treatment is required. For infrequent episodes of infection, medications may be tried. However if the symptoms are severe or recurrent and seriously hampering quality of life adenoidectomy can be considered.
