As your lipid components are increased marginally To maintain your lipid you need to increase your intake of fibrous food like green vegetable spinach, peas, beans, fruits with their skin like plum, peach, etc. Exercise daily including brisk walk of 20 min, avoid fatty and oily food ,carbonated beverages red meat etc.

Use sunscreen above 30spf daily as often as possible.
Avoid going out in sun. Use umbrella.
Splash your face with cold water after coming back from sun.
Drink plenty of water.
Apply melalite at bedtime.
Apply aloe vera gel when indoor.

No issues.
Low cholesterol has no problems.
But yes you can decrease the dose of the statins by half and recheck the lipid profile after 3 months.
Long term statins treatment also has side effects.

For your lipids you may need just a statin like Rosuvastatin 5 mg. There is absolutely no need for fenofibrate, (F) as TGL value is just 197 mg. Unless TGL go beyond 500 mg there is no need to worry about. Properly balanced healthy diet plus regular exercise will be more than sufficient. Thanks.

Do need to take Calcium rich fruits vegetables and diet and do learn Stretching and strengthening exercises from physiotherapist and enough sun light exposure of body minimum 15 minutes per day from 11 am to 3 pm not in open sun light by its shades.
