You can't quit smoking right now, but you can reduce your daily cigarettes. To reduce the bad effects of smoking you have to wake up early in the morning and go for a jogging and do exercise regularly and have healthy breakfast with vegetables & fruits.

It can be caused cancer, heart desease and many more health problems, but if you stop smoking cigarettes your body start to recover from the effects of nicotine and addictives, your lung capacity increases and your breathing and general fitness will improved and you will live longer and feel better. Try to live a happy and healthy life.
