Fungal infection should be treated with prescription medicines. You can consult online by sending pics and a prescription will be sent. You shhould not use quadriderm as it contains steroid.

1. Prevent dry skin
use a humidifier to keep the air in your home or office moist. This can help prevent dry skin before it starts.
Sensitive skin moisturizers are also great at keeping your skin supple and preventing plaques from forming.
2. Avoid fragrances
most soaps and perfumes have dyes and other chemicals in them that may irritate your skin. They can make you smell great, but they also can inflame psoriasis.

Hello, please don't use medicine given directly by the chemist, it affects your skin & the actual treatment doesn't work. So, in your case it has to be seen.
