Syrup is basically liquid preparations and tablets are mainly solid preparations. Syrup can be absobed more rapidly thanmost of the tablets. But in syrups you can not acurately measure the does but in tablets you can take a specific dose. Tablets are more compact than syrups. So I would prefer you to take tablet.

Dear user there are various side effects too taking calcium supplements of your own kindly get your blood biochemistry tests done along with vit d to start or continue under medical supervision and not of your own as there are many. More nutients that misses the arbitrary measure by everyone. Tc.
